I am really pleased with how it came out, although it seems a bit wahsed
out on smaller monitors. I designed it on a gianormous one and youcan really tell the
difference in the color and clarity between a small and huge monitor.

I should be working, really I should,
but this just came in my email box and I had to share...


While working for an organization that delivers lunches to elderly shut-ins, I used to take my 4-year-old daughter on my afternoon rounds. She was unfailingly intrigued by the various appliances of old age, particularly the canes, walkers and wheelchairs. One day I found her staring at a pair of false teeth soaking in a glass. As I braced myself for the inevitable barrage of questions, she merely turned and whispered, "The tooth fairy will never believe this!"

Sorry for such a generic thank, but I am hip deep
in several projects right now.

I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful comments
about the new pieces I have posted in the last week and a half.

My time isn't as rushed as it was,
but is still carefully planed out to the hour.
I have couple of things in the coming summer months
that will take me away from the studio, so I am trying to get myself
a head at the moment. Only time will tell if my efforts
worked or were in vain. Smiles!

I hope everyone is doing well, and that your summer is
treating you well. It has been hugely hot around here, but
we did finally get a bit of rain, which really helped my poor
yard and garden out immensely!

So I am back to work, if I owe you an email or return post,
please forgive me if it takes a while to get back to you!

I will not be updating the site this month. Joy of joys I finally got a decent working CSS
Template ready to go, so I will be spending this month converting the site over to its new look.

Addendum: A Personal Note From the Artist:

Fans, Family, & Friends,

This summer has been the busiest I remember. Talk about not having time to even turn around!
It seem like we resolve or finish one problem, or project, and there a fifty more awaiting in the wings.
We have been working none stop now for weeks. I am looking forward to taking a break this fall.

All this bustling about can be can be a good thing though, it keeps the blood pumping and the spirit awake & alert. Much gets done on a daily basis, and that is a wonder in and off itself. I am terribly disorganized at the best of time. Thank the Goddess for my ever so organized Virgo hubby who keeps me from living in utter chaos.

Although there is another side to being so super busy. I have sorely neglected my real time activities and friends. I wish to take the time to sincerely and humbly ask for their forgiveness. As you know your support and friendship through out the years has meant much to me. When I was deciding to really get serious about my art, you all were there, with words of encouragement and support. Standing by me through thick and thin. I feel I have poorly repaid that support, these last few months, and have been ever so selfish chasing my own dream, so single mindedly for the past string ,of what seem like endless weeks. I hope you all can find it in your hearts to forgive me for my neglect. This dream has been with me for many years, and now that I am firmly on my path I feel I am riding a momentum wave, I am loath to dismount from at this time. Feeling I must keep pushing towards that invisible line stating “You Have Made It” I constantly am working towards that line with a narrow minded purpose. It has been very unfair to the beloved friends and family in my life. You all have my sincere promise, that I will do better in the future. This single mindedness I have been stuck in for so long, must reach a happy compromise between work, and the other important factors in my life, family and friends. So if I have been out of touch for to long, and you are not beyond disgust at my excessive inattention, please feel free to call me, email me, or stop by and tell me “WAKE UP GINA MARIE, there is more to your world than your work!
Sometime a good swift kick in the butt is what I need to look around me, so don't hesitate.
I love you one and all, and will sincerely work on keeping in touch with you.


To my loyal fans, you have all been so great. The emails with the kind words, encouragement, and your loving support of my art continues to touch my heart, and my spirit on a daily basis. It has been once again been a super busy month at the studio.
We have loads of stuff in the ebay store, including Misleading Frailty, and two new originals
for auction starting at bargain prices, with low buy it now prices too!

Email List Alert
We will be switching to a new format for the email newsletter starting next month.
We have a new email program that is add free, and much more customizable.
The new program is ran through go daddy.com and has the highest level of
security possible for an email list, as well as being compliant with all the new anit-spam laws.
Mailing List Members will be receiving an email asking them to confirm their addition to
the list when the switch over occurs. Please keep an eye out for this email, if you wish to remain on the
email list.
If you don’t opt in when the email arrives, you will have to re-subscribe to the list via the website.

Site Updates:
The new site design is coming along slowly, we are integrating a new shopping cart system into the site, so it has been slow going. This will be worth all the work in the end though, because we will be able to offer gift certificates, and coupons when the new cart system is in place. We also feel the added security will make shopping a safer experience all the way around for all our loyal customers!
