change is good
I am still here, just been one tired puppy.
Been trying to adjust to a new schedule. Going from a 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm work schedule for years
to a 5am to 2:00 pm schedule is a royal pain. I am not the one who changed shifts either, it was the hubby, and naturally since we went down to vehicle, I have to take him to work when I need the truck to go to the post office, or run any other errand for that matter. I can’t even talk about they did to his pay. Big corporate buy out of small town work place. Enough said.
I even was so tuckered out, that I un-packed a box ready to ship a while back, to double check I didn’t forget anything in my half awake phase, and ended up breaking on of the items when I dropped it on the floor. I had to order my glass to make and replace said item, which now makes my order late. Sigh and I can’t get in touch with the customer, I keep getting the machine.
I have lost a master disk, that had some of my digital files on it due to my own tired brain that I don’t happen to have hard copies of, and one of my paintings was on it.
My email crashed and didn’t something strange to my computer, and I had to reformat, thank goodness I had back ups for that.
A word for the wise artist: Always keep one print file at all times, besides digital copies.
So I have been scattered brained, and dead beat tired for around the last three weeks,
which is why I seemed to have disappeared. I know that I will get my body clock adjusted . It is just hard to get in step right now.
I just keep repeating the mantra... change is good, change brings about opportunity.
grins, I bet I have even been mumbling that in my disjointed, what in the heck are trying to sleep now mode.
